After removal, the fin is dried under the sun for a week and grilled to deliver a tasty aroma.
If the sake is a dry variety, even cheap bottles taste great with fuku fin, making this a popular choice in izakaya and bars.

Additional informationAfter drying Japanese torafugu fin under the sun for 3 days, it is carefully and continuously roasted until crispy. The roasting takes place at the restaurant "Shokurakuan Furukawa".
We then bottle the fins in “Muho-Matsu-Shuzo,” a local sake from Kitakyushu.
This product is certified as a Kitakyushu food brand.
It can be enjoyed cold but gains more authenticity when warmed, where you will notice the fragrant and mellow umami notes.
