Products 'SUSHI'

Sushi is the most recognized Japanese dish in the world.
Although fuku is light in flavor, it can be prepared in a variety of tastes and textures not possible with other fish.
These slightly thick cuts are are prepared in single servings for sushi.
We recommend a “full fuku sushi course” consisting of fuku sushi, fuku aburi sushi, and marinated fuku gunkan (sushi wrapped in dried seaweed).
